At The Fix, we have approximately 2,400 square feet of open space and are limited to 5 patients per hour. This allows for adequate social distancing.
The Fix welcomes all patients, but those who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 are requested to wear a mask. Staff working with non-vaccinated patients will also be asked to wear a mask. The Fix offers private, semiprivate, and small group therapy sessions. Patients are required to keep adequate distance while in semiprivate and small group sessions.
The Fix equipment is sanitized after each patient’s use, and there are multiple disinfection towers available.
Each treatment session from The Fix is a minimum of 60 minutes, and there will be no more than 5 patients per hour in the facility.
The Fix maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Patients that cancel without 24-hour notice will be charged.
